We won Phase 1 thanks to everyone's help & effective teamwork!! Nearly $40,000 pumped into the house in less than 2 months.
Now time to focus on Phase 2/3/4/etc. The account specifically opened to address Phase 1 will be closed sometime soon and those listed above will receive a financial statement complete with itemized work list. I'll forward any nominal/residual balance to House Corp. upon closing if there are no objections.
